NASK Brings Workplace Cybersecurity to Life Through Interactive Training

On 18 June 2026, NASK organised Cybersecurity in the Workplace: Decisions and Risks, a practical short course delivered in Warsaw as part of the Digital4Security project.
The event brought together 35 participants representing 34 companies, including employees, business owners and professionals interested in strengthening their cybersecurity knowledge and skills.
The programme combined expert-led presentations with interactive learning activities. Participants explored cyber hygiene, common digital threats, disinformation and information manipulation, with a particular focus on how these risks can affect everyday working practices and wider corporate security.
The second part of the course featured a team-based, escape room-style simulation. Participants were challenged to identify digital threats, assess risky situations and make decisions under simulated cybersecurity incident conditions.
This practical approach helped reinforce the lessons covered during the expert presentations and demonstrated how active learning can support the development of workplace digital skills.
Feedback from participants was very positive, highlighting the value of practical and engaging cybersecurity education for businesses and their employees.
Through activities such as this short course, Digital4Security partners are helping organisations across Europe build greater awareness, improve their cyber resilience and respond more effectively to evolving digital threats.
